Trinity's new MBA in Executive Ministry Leadership
The Master of Business Administration in Executive Ministry Leadership at Trinity is a graduate degree to equip persons for service in executive ministry leadership and related ministries in the local church or Christian non-profit organization through advanced training in the Word of God and contemporary strategies of organizational development and business management. The MBA consists of 36 hours of study covering the areas of biblical and theological studies (12 hours), and the executive ministry leadership major (24 hours). A master’s thesis is not required. Introducing the Trinity DOCTOR OF EDUCATION program
The Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) at Trinity is a professional degree designed to develop educational leaders through an interdisciplinary curriculum based on a biblical worldview. The Ed.D. consists of 12 hours of qualifying core courses, 12 hours of general core courses, and 24 hours of specialization core courses. After course work is completed, students write an applied dissertation (12 hours) in the specialization area. Since it's introduction to the United States in the early 1900s, the Ed.D. has become a premier degree in the field of academic, administrative and specialized positions in education.
