MBA in Executive Ministry Leadership – 36 credits
Purpose: To equip persons for service in executive ministry leadership related ministries in the local church or Christian non-profit organization through advanced training in the Word of God and contemporary strategies of organizational development and business management.
Learning Competencies:
- Learners will articulate a biblically-based Christian worldview of executive ministry leadership principles and practices through informed perspectives expressed in academic activities in Christian business management and organizational development.
- Learners will identify best practices that contribute to personal growth and spiritual formation through self-assessment and peer-evaluation academic activities.

General MBA Information
Prerequisite: Bachelor’s Degree from appropriately accredited school.
Applicants whose native language is not English and who have not earned a degree from an appropriately accredited institution where English is the principal language of instruction must receive a minimum score of 530 on the paper-based Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL), or 71 on the on the Internet based TOEFL, or its equivalent.
Total Credits Required = 36.
A minimum of 27 hours must be earned at Trinity. All courses are 3 semester credit hours unless noted otherwise. A maximum of 9 semester credits may be satisfied via transfer or Graduate Portfolio. The transfer and portfolio courses must be relevant to the student’s program of study and equivalent in both content and degree level of master’s level courses. Transfer (grades of “B” or higher) for core credits must be from an appropriately accredited school and satisfy the requirements of the core program. |
