Combined MA and Ph.D Degree Design

Model A

1. Student will complete all 11 Trinity classes for specific Masters degree
2. Student immediately begins work on their Doctor of Philosophy and will accomplish this with a “Thesis Only” format

Model B

1. The student may transfer in 15 credits of graduate work or choose to earn the credits via The Graduate Level Portfolio (for experiential Learning).
2. The student will complete 6 Trinity classes as part of the Masters Degree program
3. The student immediately become a Ph.D “Candidate” and accomplishes the Ph.D Focus courses plus the Ph.D thesis

Accelerated Model

Student with more than 15 graduate level credits (in a relevant area of study) may qualify to earn the MA/Ph.D in an Accelerated Format with as little as 9 masters level credits plus the Ph.D Focus Courses and Thesis. You must contact an Enrollment Advisor to confirm your qualifications for this model.
